  Le poste est à pourvoir par un Assistante Administrative motivé qui souhaite faire évoluer sa carrière au sein de l'une des plus importantes entreprises Manufacturières de Montréal!

  Description:

  Cette personne soutiendra l'équipe nationale de développement commercial, composée de deux personnes. Parfois, elle sera également chargée de tâches administratives pour l'équipe de direction. En tant qu'assistant administratif dans ce rôle, vos principales responsabilités seront de surveiller les listes de comptes VIP via MS Excel (voir détails ci-dessous) et d'autres tâches administratives quotidiennes. Depuis 2018, le département est passé de 20 comptes VIP à 100 et ils ont besoin de quelqu'un pour soutenir la croissance d'un point de vue organisationnel. Ce programme VIP est dédié au plus grand client de l'entreprise.

  RESPONSABILITÉS

  Préparer les accords VIP

  Effectue le rapprochement mensuel des ventes VIP

  Tenir à jour la liste des VIP pour les départements de vente et de service internes et externes de SEW

  Tenir à jour la liste des clients VIP pour les services de comptabilité des distributeurs

  Maintient une liste des comptes OEM liés aux clients VIP

  Scanne et classe les accords VIP signés

  Création de rapports sur les performances des VIP

  Mise à jour/alimentation du CRM avec les nouveaux clients VIP (comptes prospects)

  Examine les publications spécialisées et distribue les pistes OEM (par exemple, Canadian Packaging).

  Maintient/distribue les projets de développement des affaires nationales (NBD) et les pistes de vente.

  Migrer les projets NBD dans le CRM "gestion des opportunités".

  Accomplir des tâches administratives supplémentaires sur demande

  Logiciels : MS Excel et MS Office. Ils mettront potentiellement en œuvre un système ERP à terme.

  Indispensable:

  Diplôme d'études secondaires

  Bilingue anglais-français (anglais d'abord)

  Expérience de travail avec MS Excel (gestion de listes de données, de lignes multiples, capacité d'extraire des données...)

  Au moins 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en administration OU diplôme d'un collège/université en BA ou programme pertinent.

  Solides compétences organisationnelles (capacité à établir des priorités et à rester en tête de la liste des choses à faire).

  Atout:

  Expérience préalable dans un environnement manufacturier similaire offrant une exposition supplémentaire aux opérations mécaniques et électriques.

  A déjà soutenu des projets administratifs à l'aide de MS Excel (impliquant des fonctions techniques d'Excel).

  Environnement de bureau:

  Semaine de travail de 37..50 heures

  Du lundi au vendredi - de 8h30 à 16h30

  Job Description:

  This person will support the National Business Development team, composed of 2 persons. Sometimes they will also have admin duties for the sr. management team. As an administrative assistant in this role your main responsibilities will be to monitor the lists of VIP accounts through MS Excel (see details below) and other daily administrative tasks. Since 2018 the department has grown from 20 VIP accounts to 100 and they need someone to support the growth from an organizational standpoint. This VIP program is dedicated to the largest client of the company.

  Software: MS Excel and MS Office. They will potentially implement an ERP system down the line.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares VIP agreements

  • Conducts monthly VIP sales reconciliation

  • Maintains VIP list for SEW internal and external sales and service departments

  • Maintains VIP list for distributor accounting departments

  • Maintains a list of OEM accounts related to VIP clients

  • Scans and files of signed VIP agreements

  • Creates VIP performance reports

  • Updates/populates CRM with new VIP clients (prospect accounts)

  • Reviews trade publications and distributes OEM leads (i.e. Canadian Packaging)

  • Maintains/distributes National Business Development (NBD) projects and sales leads

  • Migrate NBD projects into CRM “opportunity management”

  Management

  • Completes additional administrative duties as requested

  Must haves:

  High School Diploma

  Bilingual in English and French (English first)

  Experience working on MS Excel (managing lists of data, multiple lines, able to extract data ...)

  At least 1 to 2 years of experience in administration OR graduated from College/University in BA or relevant program.

  Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize and stay on top of the to-do list)

  Asset:

  Previous exposure to a similar manufacturing environment providing additional exposure to mechanical and electrical operations.

  Previously supported admin projects through MS Excel (involving technical Excel functions)

  Work Hours:

  37.50 hour work week

  Monday to Friday - 8:30-4:30pm

  Hybrid
