Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist manufacturing with quality matters.
Provide leadership and supervision to QC Technician and In-Process Quality Control.
Assist with product or system audits as required.
Collect and organize quality data and issue reports of this information to QC Engineer and/or QC Manager.
Assist technicians with day-to-day requirements as required.
Review and generate documentation as required in the areas of inspection, calibration, test methods, and product specification.
Monitor the calibration system for the Grandview plant.
Leads shift employees in the Quality Control Department including: planning, assigning, and directing work; training employees; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Performs other duties as assigned
