　　Description:

　　Testing of various incoming raw materials and finished goods using routine procedures. Information is recorded and ported to research and plant management.

　　Retain samples of raw materials and finished goods to maintain inventory and documentation

　　Maintain quality control equipment, including calibrations and recommend new lab equipment

　　Complete supplier/vendor quality surveys

　　Supply Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformance to customers when requested

　　Respond to technical service inquiries and problems by conducting tests and evaluations in the lab

　　Provide Technical assistance in the field to help customers start a project or resolve problems
