　　Responsibilities

　　Location: Wichita, KS

　　This role is for an Analyst in the Quality Business Management organization, e xecuting on the following deliverables:

　　Plans, commits, and controls the deployment of resources in response to customer, program, and business requirements.

　　Directs the development, integration, implementation, and management of new or revised programs, plans, strategies, or processes.

　　Interfaces with management from many occupations and organizations to provide leadership and coordination.

　　Strategic metrics and program view – can see enterprise view.

　　Build operational / quality metrics analytics capability and sustainability.

　　Design and develop reports and analytics within current suite of products.

　　Perform in depth analysis including items like: variance explanations and metrics validation.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Finance OR 5+ years’ related experience.

　　Database Management.

　　Business Perspective / Business Acumen / Analytics.

　　Fluent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

　　Ability to analyze multiple sets of metrics and automate new data reports from various system.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Aerospace experience or a manufacturing environment.

　　Detail oriented and self-starter.

　　Strong written and oral communication skills, including executive level presentations.

　　Advanced PowerPoint skills with critical and creative thinking in chart development.
