Theoverall purpose is to create accountability with a focus on monitoringcompliance and quality assurance and enhance program outcomes throughEvidenced Based Practices and evaluation. Essential Functions: AssistResidential Care Center Program Manager to ensure quality assurance,continuous improvement, and compliance with contract, regulatory,treatment model, and agency requirements. Daily monitoring of MedicationAdministration Records. Dispense medications to youth as scheduled inaccordance with YCSF policies and procedures including accuratedocumentation. Ensure that the Center\'s food service meets therequirements of DCF 52. Conduct electronic and/or paper file audits onstaff and youth records. Conduct facility audits to ensure compliancewith DCF 52. Develop, implement, and monitor an ordering system for YCSFsupplies. Develop and support the implementation of the daily activityschedule. Develop template/model for program plans, goals, and policiesand procedures in conjunction with Program Manager. Develop trainingplans for new staff and assist in facilitating training. Monitorfidelity to treatment model and evidence-based practices. Ensure thatservices reflect the objectives of the treatment model and includessignificant attention to youth engagement, positive reinforcement, anduse of evidence-based best practices for a high-risk, vulnerable youthpopulation. Assist implementation of outcome measurements and evaluationby obtaining information and feedback from both internal (clients andstaff) and external (funding sources and other community agencies)customers. Keep appropriate documentation for all funding sources.Uphold and promote a positive and supportive culture for youth andstaff.
