Data and Analytics Test Manager

　　What you will do:-1. End-to-End Test Management: Oversee all aspects of testing within large data platform migration projects. Regularly report on test progress, challenges, and outcomes. Analyze test results to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. 2. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with business users and stakeholders to ensure testing objectives are aligned with business needs. 3. Reconciliation Strategy Preparation: Prepare a reconciliation strategy to ensure data accuracy and consistency post-migration. Implement checks and balances to validate data integrity. 4. Test Plan and Case Review: Oversee the creation of test plans and test cases, ensuring they are robust and cover all critical scenarios. 5. Test Team Management: Lead and manage a geographically distributed test team based in Singapore and India.

　　Skills Experience:-• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Test Management Experience: Proven track record in test management, specifically for Data and Analytics projects. • Telecommunications Background: Experience in the telecommunications industry. Familiarity with telco-specific data, systems, and business processes. • Power BI Expertise: Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and analysis. Ability to develop and interpret complex reports and dashboards.
