　　Currently ManTech is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager II to join our team supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Directing quality assurance operations.

　　Develops and controls quality programs.

　　Monitors conformance with QA standards and procedures.

　　Conducts quality assurance training for employees. Suggests methods for improving product quality, design, or processes.

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　Experience:

　　At least 5-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

　　Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

　　Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

　　May report to a supervisor or manager.

　　Education:

　　Bachelor’s degree (+5 years of experience)

　　Associate degree (+7 years of experience)

　　High School diploma (+9 years of experience).

　　Certification:

　　LSS / Scrum certifications preferred.Security Clearance:

　　The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.

　　The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
