Quality Assurance Manager

　　We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Exlar team!

　　As our Quality Assurance Manager, you will, develop, implement and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems and activities. You will define and specify the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products. You will also participate in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations. In addition, you will, assist product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. You will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

　　Your Challenge

　　Responsible for managing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001.

　　Perform audits and aid in the creation of processes and procedures that maintain compliance with regulations and standards.

　　Effectively lead a Corrective Action and Preventive Action process that defines accurate root cause definitions and effective corrective actions.

　　Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the quality assurance.

　　Contribute to new product development as a member of the stage gate team.

　　Join a leadership team striving to continuously improve the business and exceed customer expectations.

　　What You Bring

　　Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.

　　5 plus years management experience.

　　Experience working in industrial, aerospace, and/or medical industry is a plus.
