QualityAssurance and ISO Program Manager Job Description Will performcompliance activities in support of Quality Management System &Production Facility. Lead the Company\'s QA efforts and maintain the ISO9001 program. Primary Responsibilities: Lead Company-wide QMS/ISOsystem, Management reviews. Maintain, improve, and establish newprocedures and quality Objectives & Metrics. Communicate and Train staffon procedures and QMS & Objectives. Continual Process Improvement,Corrective Action Records Process Control through Procedures, WorkInstructions and Specifications Document Control & Revisions, ChangeManagement. Calibration & Maintenance and Traceability; Monitoring &Measurement of Process Customer satisfaction & support, Completion ofcustomer document requests Internal and External audits, SupplierQuality Customer audits, complaints, external compliance requirementsAdditional responsibilities to support Quality Assurance for ISO 9001QMS. Maintain open and clear communication with QC Manager regardingrevisions, updates, changes, non-conformance, or any other relatedactivities that may affect Company compliance and QMS requirements.Schedule and conduct audits for ISO 9001 QMS (internal, external,customer). Preferred Skills & Experience ISO 9001 background working ina manufacturing environment. Proven track record with External (3rdParty & Customer) Audits Six-sigma Black Belt Strong organization,planning, attention to detail Self-motivated and capable of independentproblem-solving and production Strong communication both; verbal andwritten.
