　　ACARA Solutions and our client in Canonsburg, PA have a contract to direct hire position available and seeks a self-motivated, organized, and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector$30-$35 per hour (DOE)A successful candidate will report directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor at the client's Facility.Candidates will be working in a fast-paced and attention-detailed environment.Work is performed to validate the conformance of material for production or direct delivery to customers.Performs mechanical, cable, circuit card, and complex electro-mechanical assemblies inspections against company-controlled technical drawings/schematics and other specifications to ensure conformance.Initiates nonconformance reports for material identified to be out of specification.Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting unacceptable materials.Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications and conducting visual inspections to detail assembly drawings and inspection procedures.Approves finished products by confirming specifications and conducting visual inspections to detail assembly drawings and inspection procedures.Documents all inspection results by completing reports into a quality database.Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements

　　Required Skills / Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years experience in Electro-mechanical assembly Production EnvironmentIPC J-STD-001 and IPC 610Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an InspectorMust be able to obtain a DoD Security ClearanceMust be able to lift 40 lbs
