About the Role
You’ll be a key member of the team, giving administrative support to our QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment), management systems across the UKI/DACHIT region. Effectively reducing risk and enforcing compliance across the region
Work within an established Compliance team to ensure the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental objectives are achieved
Key contact for internal queries/administrative requests relating to the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems
Assessing compliance risks throughout the region
Completion of customer compliance/tender questionnaires, liaising with the relevant departments to acquire information to complete the process
Assist the site management team in root cause analysis and subsequent implementation of effective preventative and correct measures from audits and customer related concerns
Supporting internal audit program by participation of audits and following up findings.
Ensure all regular reporting is completed throughout the region, following up with relevant non-conformities to the appropriate managers
Liaising with HR/IT/Facilities teams to organise and arrange work equipment and compliance training for new starters
Working alongside the Compliance Administrator to develop awareness of the QHSE issues throughout the business and ensure safe working practices
Assist in the development and continuous improvement of QHSE related KPI’s across UK and Ireland
Occasional travel across the region

You’re a people person with top-class relationship building and management skills
You have excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to plan and work to tight deadlines
Ideally you have at least a years’ experience in a QHSE or Facilities admin or co-ordinator role
Flexibility comes naturally to you, with the ability to adapt to changing workloads, priorities, and situations
You always approach your work with a can-do, problem-solving attitude
You show initiative and always think on your feet
You’re a first-class communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
You always have particular attention to detail even for the smallest of tasks
IOSH or other relevant H&S qualification / ISMS basics- GDPR are desirable
