Position Summary/Objective

As part of the company’s Quality team, you will be a key member in assisting with raw material and finished product documentation. The QC Lab Assistant will manage orders for third party laboratory testing for raw materials and finished products and generating the appropriate documents for each.

Essential Functions:

Organize third-party testing lab orders for raw material and finished goods samples.

Write and update raw material specification forms for new and existing materials.

Create finished product specification sheets for finished good products.

Put together internal Certificate of Analysis’s for finished good products, including all necessary documents.

Recording and updating the status of raw material samples and finished good documents.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

Computer knowledge, people skills, good communication, strong GMP background.

Attention to detail is important.

The ability and willingness to change direction and focus to meet shifting organizational and business demands.

The ability to create and contribute to an environment that values people, encourages trust, teamwork, and open communication, and provides feedback and recognition.
