Description:

　　Conduct R&D laboratory experiments, assist with process development activities, and conduct applications testing for products in various applications - Generate data required in support of business initiatives, new product development, and collaborative projects with potential or existing customers - Interface with technical staff, other lab associates, and sales managers as needed to identify and support product improvements and new product opportunities in the lab - Assist laboratory and pilot plant activities required to produce small quantities of various formulations for evaluation and development - Good understanding in Lab Instrumentation and deciphering data collected (Instrument used here XRF, FT-IR, Rheology, and other industry specific instrumentsSkills:
