  What You'll Do

  The Director of Strategy & Business Integration, Triangle Retail Media (TRM), will be responsible for driving strategy, engaging cross-functional stakeholders throughout the CTC organization, supporting growth plans and work directly with TRM leadership to define and execute overall strategy. TRM is Canadian Tire Corporation’s (CTC) rapidly scaling Retail Media Network Business. Investing behind this business and scaling it over the next five years is a top strategic priority for CTC.

  As a member of the TRM team, you will work alongside groups of industry experts in a highly agile, entrepreneurial, and exciting environment. You will make an impact by:

  Driving strategy for TRM’s onsite and offsite media offerings across banners as well as leading the overall cross-functional engagement and partnership

  Acting as a strategic partner with leadership, both within TRM and across the CTC banners, to understand key priorities and identify linkages between TRM and the rest of the organization

  Overseeing TRM’s day-to-day operational functions by defining governance, cadence, and processes with key cross-functional teams (including strategic marketing, e-commerce and merchandising) and participating in existing structure where possible

  Supporting all internal elements of TRM’s growth plan, tracking milestones across sales, media planning & buying, ad product strategy, internal operations, reporting & measurement, and procurement

  Coordinating TRM priorities across the enterprise including updates, education across cross-functional stakeholders and facilitating key decisions where needed

  Developing TRM’s strategic roadmap by defining KPIs and tracking insights across the retail media network industry and setting strategic paths that align with TRM’s overarching objectives

  What You Bring

  Post secondary education in marketing, business, economics, operations, or a related discipline

  10+ years of experience in a strategy/ brand development role in media / advertising at retail media network, agency, or in-house

  Deep knowledge of the online advertising space with an understanding of exchange and audience-based selling and the technologies that enable it; experience in retail media highly desired

  Proven success engaging senior stakeholders, as well as developing/running sophisticated business processes across multiple internal teams, in a high-growth environment

  Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities

  Problem-solving mindset, critical thinking skills with an ability to tackle unique projects

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation and influencing at executive leadership levels through building relationships

  Hybrid
