Responsibilities:
•Implement site-specific quality control plans.
•Review and maintain Quality Process Log.
•Be fully aware of the contract, plans, specifications and applicable codes.
•Perform daily field inspections to verify contractor’s work complies with the project specifications and applicable codes.
•Review potential discrepancy reports, track discrepancies, and verify corrective actions prior to closure.
•Direct the removal and replacement of non-conforming work and stop work not in compliance with the contract.
•Review the Subcontractors Quality Control Daily Logs.
•Receive subcontractor test and inspection requests and produce a coordinated Daily Test and Inspection Schedule.
•Audit subcontractor quality control procedures.
•Document and submit a Daily Report of Quality Control activity.
•Actively participate in the Work Completion Tagging Process, In-house Punch List Process, and the Pre-Final Punch List Process to document deficient items in the field.
•Perform material inspections to verify that the products are to specifications and that storage, staging and material handling methods are implemented.
•Coordinate offsite equipment source inspections.
•Submit and review RFIs to ensure changes are implemented in the field.
•The position is approximately 100% field work for Data Center Construction.

Role Requirements:
•Experience in mechanical quality assurance, specifically in data center construction.
•Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems in data centers and relevant industry standards.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Minimum of 5 years construction experience, preferably with QA experience.
•Proven track record of delivering results in a high-performance continuous improvement environment.
•Effectively articulates issues, facilitates their resolution and presents results verbally and in writing to multiple levels in the organization.
•Ability to quickly adapt into a new organization and make immediate impact through a positive and proactive nature, and credible experience.
•Must have strong interpersonal skills, be goal and performance oriented and be able to set priorities, establish work plans and provide specific management feedback.
•Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong emphasis on data center mechanical systems.
Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education for candidates demonstrating extensive expertise in data center mechanical systems and quality assurance.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
