　　Job Description:

　　Apex Systems has an immediate need for a Quality Lab Technician. This individual will be in a fast paced food and beverage manufacturing environment. They will be working on the floor preforming QA tests, pressure checks, Hawk UV, running micro-samples, analytical tests, assisting in holds/audits, special projects, and any other tasks as necessary. Must be able to adapt to a variety of work environments

　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform variety of required analytical laboratory tests on in process product samples and finished goods. Testing is also performed on product and packaging materials as well as incoming products as needed.Testing protocols range from basic bench top wet chemistries such as pH to more extensive instrumentation such as GC and UV-Vis.Perform government compliance testing on required products prior to release.

　　Required:

　　0-1 years of industry experience```{=html}

　　```- 4 year science degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Physics, or related preferred.- Some Analytical experience which could include GC, and UV-Vis preferred
