　　Role Summary:

　　As a QA Engineer, you will support in the development, implementation and running of quality control programs and procedures. This position involves the translation of customer specifications and industry standards into product / process criteria and creating control plans to achieve those requirements. You’ll also address the day-to-day issues with production quality within the manufacturing plant, at customer sites and supplier facilities.

　　Responsibilities & Requirements:

　　Should have thorough product knowledge

　　Good at Statistical Quality Control

　　Able to do Non Destructive Testing (MPT, DPT)

　　Should know relevant standards – ASTM, ASME, IEC, FCI and SPP’s

　　Customer coordination and test approvals

　　Ability to initiate corrective and preventive action plan.

　　Independently handle the third party / Customer Inspectors.

　　Review of Project documents and preparation of Internal test reports.

　　Should be able to compile final documentation

　　Preferred Experience / Skills:

　　Good Communication Skills.

　　QMS Awareness

　　Internal Auditor Training

　　ISO 9001-2008 Standard Interpretation

　　6’s and Safety

　　BE Mechanical /Diploma with with 5-7years of relevant experience in Valve Industry
