Job Summary:

As a QA Auditor 1, this individual will be working within our eQMS/document management systems. They will be working across multiple different projects and systems and collaborate with teams regarding quality control/assurance. This individual will be furthering their knowledge within QA, gaining skills in IQVIA specific systems, and assist team members on projects within the team.

Job Description:

The candidate for this role will be responsible for the following skills/responsibilities:

Working within SmartSolve regarding Document Management

Raising tickets through Service Now (VIA) ticketing system

Working knowledge of the lifecycle of procedural documents (i.e. SOPs, Corporate Policies, Wis, Manuals, etc.)

Working knowledge of TrackWise or other widely used QMS in order to aid in De-Commissioning of this system

Expert level working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Learn the IQVIA-specific instance of SmartSolve both the QEM and Document Management modules

Produce Training Records for Audits and Inspections

Flexibility to jump from task to task and prioritizing tasks as required

Work collaboratively with other functional areas of the business and develop good working relationships

Working with large files to include Quality Control Checks of the work performed as part of this role

Have a working knowledge of how CRO's function

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Attention to detail regarding day to day tasks required

Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, quick learner, but also good at collaborating in a team environment

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment

Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or related area, including GXP and/or Quality Assurance experience. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications..

Considerable knowledge of GXP regulations and quality assurance auditing techniques.

Strong interpersonal skills.. Excellent problem solving skills.

Effective organization, communication, and team orientation skills..

Ability to initiate assigned tasks and to work independently..

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
