　　Job Summary

　　Purchases material and equipment as directed, consistent with purchasing policies and procedures of the hospital. Accurately receives and issues inventory stock items, provides timely and efficient service to various hospital departments in response to their requisition requests. Is responsible for Performance Improvement activities of the facility to meet Avera Heatlh, Avera McKennan, and State and Federal guidelines.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED), one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

　　Work Schedule

　　72 hours per 2 weeks

　　Every third Saturday involvement

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$17.50 - $22.00 per hour
