Nexeo HR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for a Punch Press Operator role in the Smithfield,Utah area. In this position,you will be using an Amada AE2510NT,but any experience with an Amada,Trumpf,or other CNC punch is preferred. Comprehensive training in equipment,tooling,and software will be provided to ensure you excel in your role as a Punch Press Operator. Pay is based on experience.

　　*Responsibilities *

　　  Utilize MetaCAM software to program part CAM files for our Amada CNC punches and lasers,ensuring precise and efficient production processes.

　　  Edit G-code to incorporate machine program variables and create optimized nests of parts to maximize yield and tooling compatibility.

　　  Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while setting up tooling for each nest,contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of the fabrication process.

　　  Work closely with engineers and shift management,providing valuable feedback on part-related issues and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity.

　　*Qualifications *

　　  Proficiency in reading,interpreting,and completing written forms for internal work processes. Familiarity with programming and CAM file management for Amada CNC punches and lasers is a significant advantage.

　　  Able to maintain a clean and safe work environment,adhering to proper personal protective equipment guidelines to ensure a secure and healthy workplace.

　　  Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working with attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

　　  Exhibit strong ethical values and maintain open communication with team members,demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Pay 

　　$17.00 - $25.00 Per Hour

　　8:30am 4:00pm | Monday Friday
