We are looking for you to join our collaborative team as a Pump Shop Helper.

　　This role is to assist technicians in the cleaning, painting, testing, binning, partially disassembling of AC/DC motors and pumps. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates of HVAC and automotive programs or anyone mechanically inclined.

　　Pump Shop Helper Responsibilities :

　　Assist in the maintenance of service truck tools, safety equipment, instruments, and materials, specific to pump, motor, and equipment maintenance and repairs.

　　Assist mechanics with the disassembly of pump and motor assemblies.

　　Cleaning Parts using a sandblaster and air tools.

　　Keep shop areas clean from debris.

　　Assist in the maintenance of required stock of pumps, parts, fittings, pipe and related material on the service truck.

　　Performs cleaning, lubricating of tools as required.

　　Performs duties in a professional manner and works well with others or in a team setting.

　　Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with co-workers, outside agencies, and the public.

　　Regular attendance and adherence to prescribed work schedule to conduct job responsibilities.

　　Observes safe work practices and safety methods; performs other duties as assigned.

　　Pump Shop Helper Qualifications and Skills :

　　High School diploma, GED equivalent, or Trade School Diploma.

　　Read, interpret, and work from sketches, books, blueprints, and specifications or willingness to learn.

　　Familiar with various hand tools.

　　Familiar with power tools such as impact guns, cut off wheels, and drills.

　　Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

　　The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move in excess of 100 pounds.

　　Must have a valid and clean driver's license to operate company vehicles

　　Pump Shop Physical Requirements :

　　Ability to stand for up to 8 Hours

　　Ability to lift 50 pounds

　　Ability to work on elevated platforms

　　Ability to climb ladders

　　This position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reaching

　　You may be exposed to dust, loud noises, and hot and cold conditions

　　Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery

　　Salary Range between $18 - $22/hour
