About Public Relations III - (B3)

  Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve communications. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

  Key Responsibilities

  Responsible for development and implementation of communications programs

  Manages/oversees development and execution of communication tools – messaging, graphics, video, web or other content.

  Supports communications outreach to key audiences internally and externally. Manages development of communications content.

  Produces content, working with other groups and functions throughout the company

  Contributes to creation of new content and communications programs

  Represents communications in projects across the company

  Functional Knowledge

  Brand management

  Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in external and external communications

  Plans and creates impactful and effective ESG messages and content with minimal supervision

  Support community program execution and showcase results

  Develop and maintain productive communications and outreach efforts with stakeholders across the company and community partners for organization and evaluative purposes

  Business Expertise

  Proven ability to multi-task with superb project management skills, including planning, developing, and executing communication initiatives, promotions, and campaigns

  Facilitates meetings, prepares presentation content and messages, and supports various engagement efforts.

  Good command of media operations in the context of information dissemination

  Basic data analytics and reporting on social media

  Leadership

  Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsProblem Solving

  Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationImpact

  Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policiesLanguage Proficiency

  Excellent proficiency in both oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese; TOIEC 850 Interpersonal Skills

  Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
