　　Job Description:

　　The role of a Public Health Associate – Mental Health (PHA) is to develop and ensure acceleration of the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) country-level PPLAT access and Community. Based Mental Health program strategy advancing the company's strategic goal to deliver transformational innovation in a collaborative and responsible manner. The PHA will represent JJIM and will collaborate with a broad set of external stakeholders to ensure implementation of Community-Based Mental Health programs and activities and support faster adoption of the government procured PP1M medicines.

　　The Public Health Associate – Mental Health (PHA) is a therapeutic area and product level expert who can converse confidently and support the awareness on the disease/usage and value our innovations bring to our key external stakeholders.

　　Place in the organization

　　The Public Health Associate – Mental Health (PHA) will report directly to Commercial Marketing. The PHA will work in strong collaboration with local cross- function teams to set annual objectives as well as work closely with the C.E.N.T.E.R. for the short- and long-term achievement of its goals.

　　Specific duties:

　　▪ Understand and identify gaps and opportunities necessary to advance the company’s strategic goal of delivering transformational innovation and access to treatment of patients suffering from mental illnesses.

　　▪ Conceptualize, develop, plan and execute insight-driven programs/activities as aligned to the strategies set forth in the current business plan (i.e. weekly/monthly external stakeholder engagement and implementation of activities that will drive awareness and usage of J&J medicines).

　　▪ Work closely with key external stakeholders to accelerate adoption of J&J procured medicines (PP1M) available through the national government medicines access program (DOH-MAP).

　　▪ Works closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Government Affairs, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, Finance) to support in the achievement of business objectives.

　　▪ Work with the CENTER Workstream to partner with key stakeholders to drive programs that promote the value of innovation. Public Health Associate – Mental Health (PHA)

　　Qualifications

　　Requirements:

　　▪ Medical/ science or pharmaceutical education; good knowledge of written and spoken English.

　　▪ Strong communication and negotiation skills (be able to establish contact, engage and build relationships with different types of external stakeholders for the long term, to present information in a clear and structured manner, to collect all the necessary information, be able to overcome objections & to build a dialogue, etc.)

　　▪ Strategic and analytical mindset (be able to structure information, to highlight the most important elements in working with large amounts of information, to understand the cause effect relationships)

　　▪ Leadership skills (problem solving, proactive and resourceful, resilient, be able to lead and collaborate in work teams/ projects effectively, prioritize)

　　▪ Strategic planning, business acumen and able to execute well.

　　▪ Presentation skills (experienced in presenting in front of audiences)

　　▪ Ability to understand scientific publications and information.

　　▪ Candidate who has experience in the working with GO (government officials) is preferred
