The Chief Ambulatory Officer (CAO) assumes the role of overseeing and guiding operational, financial, programmatic, and human resources activities for assigned clinics and retail pharmacies. This involves establishing, achieving, and consistently monitoring goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with Rainy Lake Medical Center's (RLMC) overall strategic aims. While the position entails a diverse range of duties and responsibilities, its primary focus lies in steering operations, budgeting, financial management, and human resource oversight. The CAO collaborates closely with various stakeholders, coordinating clinic & retail pharmacy operations enterprise-wide, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and maintaining close collaboration with RLMC providers, employees, and leadership.
