We are seeking an outstanding Supplier Diversity Coordinator to join Skanska USA Building's Supplier Diversity team. You will help ensure that all employees, whose work involves participation with engaging small and diverse firms are aware of and trained in the Program. You will report to the Regional Supplier Diversity Director and ensure compliance with: (i) all relevant federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations as they pertain to Supplier Diversity related programs; (ii) the Program; and (iii) the applicable prime contract requirements governing Supplier Diversity compliance obligations. You will also be working to continuously improve our working relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers, especially in the area of Supplier Diversity participation. Supplier Diversity Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with Regional Supplier Diversity Director to administer the Program and fulfill Skanska's values with respect to supplier diversity
Educate and partner with Project Diversity Compliance Coordinators (PDCC) for projects
Work with the Preconstruction Team to continuously identify diverse businesses and ensure that their profiles are setup in BuildingConnected.
Support and monitor internal systems for reporting Diverse Business participation (Supplier Diversity Dashboard/Data Entry, Section 5n of the PSR, Procore, Skanska Learning Center, etc.).
Participate in industry events and represent Skanska in the Diverse Business Community for capacity building.
Support and monitor the Supplier Diversity team's systems for reporting KPIs, spend, etc.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, marketing and business development to support strategy and communicate impact of the Program
Provide support as needed for the Construction Management Building Blocks (CMBB) Program, Open House, and other local events
Other duties as assigned or required.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in construction or compliance.
A degree in construction management, human resources management, legal, business management, labor relations or a related field of study;
2+ combined years of experience in relevant fields, such as Diverse Business compliance, community outreach, construction operations, employment, or subcontractor management
Annual Salary Ranges: 70,375 to 105,375
