　　Community Health Network is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, to join our Community Behavioral Health teams at our Southpointe (Greenwood) and Hillsdale (North Indianapolis) outpatient clinics.

　　• Full time opportunity

　　• Outpatient setting, no call or weekends required.

　　• Monday – Friday (days), later or earlier coverage may be needed based on patient volume and needs

　　• Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in Behavioral Health within the adult and adolescent populations

　　• Clinical experience in this specialty as an advanced practice provider is preferred

　　• Must be highly accountable, hardworking, and independent
