　　Emily Krous at Robert Half has a client who is looking for an experienced Controller to join their reputable company. In this leadership position, you will direct an accounting and clerical department.

　　The Controller oversees accounting operations, manages financial data consolidation, evaluates internal controls, and leads departmental staff. 　　Job Duties:

　　Expand responsibilities beyond formal duties

　　Assist in Finance Department initiatives for software/systems and overall improvements

　　Ensure client expectations are met through reviewing deliverables

　　Collaborate with the executive team for efficient firm-wide operations

　　Evaluate and streamline policies, procedures, and controls

　　Manage monthly and annual financial activities, including reconciliations

　　Supervise finance department operations, covering AP, billings, collections, and payroll

　　Oversee the annual budget and monthly forecasts

　　Present financial reports to the executive committee and partners monthly

　　Manage daily cash flow and produce regular reports

　　Requirements

　　Proficiency in Monthly Financial Reporting

　　Solid understanding of SOX

　　Manufacturing experience

　　BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
