Job Summary

　　Service Engineer position needs the candidate who can hands-on work on PRV .Will base in Qingpu Plant.

　　In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Good Communication, Quick and accurate response to customer’s question and complete site service on time.

　　Troubleshooting and maintenance PRV products issues raised by customer.

　　Finish site service of start-up & commissioning, conduct basic repair process demonstration training.

　　Diagnosis/analysis/repair/follow-up outstanding issues and return PRV in service center.

　　Provide hands-on training to ASP and help improve ASP service capability to cover all Emerson PRV.

　　Complete other Lifecycle job assigned by manager, like SWD, STO, LTSA etc. to help grow LCS business.

　　Who You Are:

　　You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings.You model collaboration across the organization.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　10+ years field service experience or assembly &repair &calibration related background of PRV

　　Good at hands-on work on PRV, trouble shooting skills of both Section-I, Section-VIII PRV(spring loaded and pilot operated), especially the wide service experiences of Process industries is preferred.

　　Minimum College diploma of mechanical engineering, automation, instrument or related.

　　Customer first, service foremost, good commercial awareness, like to travel frequently and good safety awareness,

　　Basic English capability like reading and email writing etc. is a plus.
