Position Summary

As a Provider Data Services Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining and updating provider data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting our network expansion efforts.

You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that our provider data is accurate, up-to-date, and supports the needs of our organization and its stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in provider data management or a related role.

2+ years of experience working with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in using data management tools and software (Excel, SQL, QNXT).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive data with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an IT setting.

2+ years of leadership experience

Experience with programming languages (SQL, Python, Java)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Associate or Bachelors degree preferred

Education

High School Diploma or GEDPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
