　　As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support strategies within the Supply Chain organization to drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs and overall business improvement. Utilizing your relationship building skills, you will partner with leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through utilization of Financial Planning & Analysis best practices. And help business partners throughout the organization understand financial results and complex reports. 　　The preferred location for this role is Michigan as this role is part of a hybrid work environment and requires some days in office.

　　HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

　　Providing financial decision support for Supply Chain functions

　　Influence leader/team member of Supply Chain functions on prioritization of spend to deliver against financial targets.

　　Prepares holistic “what if” financial modeling to support investment initiatives and influences go/no-go decision making.

　　Provide regional view of key financial KPI’s.

　　Developing & Supporting reporting to ensure Supply Chain specific KPI’s across Manufacturing, Quality Food Safety, Engineering, Procurement are met.

　　YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

　　Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field of study required.

　　Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills and detail orientation.

　　Expertise in a Supply Chain environment - procurement, warehouse and/or plant

　　Experience with SAP, Anaplan, Excel and BPC
