　　We're searching for a dynamic Proposal Manager passionate about growth and eager to build a lasting career with our company. This role involves leading the charge on single award proposal endeavors, managing task orders ranging from $30M to over $100M, and steering initiatives towards securing multiple award contracts and Global Wide Area Contracts valued at over a billion dollars.

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Lead and/or support corporate proposal efforts.

　　• Guide and oversee the proposal development process from Pre-RFP to post RFP and final delivery.

　　• Interpret technical/management requirements of Federal solicitations (e.g., RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).

　　• Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, kickoff materials, and steer technical sessions.

　　• Ensure a cohesive articulation of win strategy, technical solutions, themes, discriminators, compliance, and requirements throughout final proposal documents.

　　• Facilitate comprehensive proposal reviews, providing ongoing recommendations to enhance compliance and proposal scoring.

　　• Supervise the creation of impactful artwork and graphics for proposals while collaborating with cross-functional teams, executives, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.

　　• Maintain proactive communication with proposal and business unit leadership to ensure resource availability for a successful proposal submission.

　　• Manage multiple proposal tasks within tight deadlines, ensuring quality and accuracy.

　　• Develop key proposal sections as necessary, including management plans, staffing and resumes, corporate experience, and past performance.

　　This is a full time, salaried, exempt position in Chesapeake, VA with potential for hybrid work 25%

　　Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of proposal support or BD related experience; or a master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.

　　• Proficient in MS Office suite.

　　• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours in deadline-oriented environment.

　　• Demonstrated expertise in Government proposal development.

　　• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to write major proposal sections.

　　• Proven success in delivering high-quality, high-scoring proposals.

　　• Ability to create original content using research and interview techniques.

　　• Government proposal management experience within the IT services support functional domain.

　　• Proposal experience and knowledge within the DoD and Federal Civilian agencies, preferred.

　　• Knowledge and expertise using the Shipley Proposal process, preferred.

　　• Certifications from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, preferred.
