　　Proposal ManagerA Proposal Manager leads APAC pursuit teams through the management and development of compliant, persuasive and compelling proposals. This is achieved by developing a tactical proposal development plan and executing/revising that plan to ensure that proposal best practices are followed and resources are effectively managed. A Proposal Manager's core responsibilities involve coordinating and communicating the proposal process to the team, establishing and managing the proposal schedule, requesting and managing resources (e.g., proposal writers, graphics developers, content reviewers), coordinating with appropriate departments, and leading key milestone reviews. The Proposal Manager is responsible for reading, reviewing and revising the draft and final proposal in coordination with the Capture Team Leader (CTL) and subject matter experts to ensure it articulates the capture strategy and proposal themes and messages. Finally, the Proposal Manager is responsible for coordinating the proposal production activities to ensure a high-quality proposal is delivered on time per RFP instructions.

　　Proposal Manager often work to tight deadlines and must delegate tasks required to complete a proposal. Delegation includes solution development, product development, technical writing, price roll-ups, contractual reviews, and other efforts associated with the process.During the proposal development stage, the Proposal Manager leads critical development activities such as:

　　Proposal Kickoff, which includes, RFP review, outline development, requirements allocations, and author assignments.Storyboarding and Pink Team.Executive Summary writing assignments and training.High-quality proposal documents (consistent, compelling, compliant):Content reviews to ensure appropriate inclusion, communication, consistency and application of win strategies and value propositions.Review and edit proposal content to ensure clear and cohesive writing.Ensure RFP requirements are adequately addressed (compliance check).High-quality Red and Gold team artifacts.The Proposal Manager works with appropriate stakeholders and leads and/or coordinates preparation efforts for critical post-submittal events, such as:

　　Clarification questions with CTL.Oral presentation planning and preparation.After Action Review Assessments / Customer Debriefs.Throughout the pursuit, the Proposal Manager ensures continuity in execution of proposal milestones and incorporation of win strategies, value proposition creation, and content (strategy, proposal, orals, clarification questions, and BAFOs). S/He proactively escalates, and problem solves issues and challenges. The Proposal Manager serves as a coach to the team and holds the team accountable to agreed-upon process, deadlines, commitments, and high-quality standards.Ideal candidates:

　　Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.Experience gained from the aviation industry is an advantage.Certified in Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) or Shipley & Associates is preferred.Experience in using Qvidian, Visible Thread and other similar proposal management tools.Preferred location: Singapore.RTX is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
