Working with us, you will:Proposal and Interview Presentations (70%): Assistswith writing, editingand production of projectmarketing support materials (qualificationspackages, proposals, presentations/interviews, etc.). Assists withpre-interview planning and presentation rehearsal with design teams.Solicits and coordinates information from allied professionals, subconsultants and other team members for inclusion in proposal andpresentation materials. Coordinates and edits/tailors non-technicalproposal sections. Assists with client research as it relates to thepursuit. Information Systems & Administration (15%): Updates firmwidedatabase with employee, project and proposal information on an ongoingbasis. Gathers, formats and maintains accurate, up-to-date firmmarketing information including staff bios, project descriptions andstatistics, and other information for marketing purposes. Formats, filesand tags photography in the Digital Asset Management system. GeneralMarketing (15%) Assists with the development of statements ofqualification and other marketing collateral. Assistswith planning andcoordinating photography shoots, as needed. Assiststhe MarketingSpecialist with support of awards or content development, as needed.Assists in event planning, as needed. Assists with other assignments, asneeded. An Ideal Candidate has: A bachelor\'s degree in Marketing,Journalism, Communications, Information Technology or related field orequivalent combination of education and experience. College degree ispreferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and InDesign required.Knowledge of Deltek Vision and OpenAsset preferred. Basic knowledge ofmarketing fundamentals.
