LRE Water is seeking a talented, detail oriented, and passionate ProposalCoordinator to join our Denver based Marketing team. Our ideal candidate iscreative, organized, and self-motivated to produce quality work. Thisperson will lead the design and production of proposals and qualificationpackages to win new work and increase name recognition. This position willcollaborate with staff across four regions and report to the MarketingManager. This position generally has at least 2 years of experience craftingcompetitive proposals in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction(A/E/C) industry.We prepare our competitive proposals and qualifications responses using acombination of InDesign and Google platform tools. Proficiency across both theAdobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Work-life balanceis prioritized, and we rarely exceed a 40-hour work week.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and production of proposals and qualification packages.Establish and oversee the schedule and production of deliverables, fromkick-off discussion through submission.Craft proposal content using a positive tone and persuasive communicationtechniques.Write and edit for one voice to maintain consistency in grammar, commonlyused terms, document flow, messaging, and win themes.Monitor posting sites for RFP releases and addendums.Create and manage templates.Maintain an organized system for keeping marketing assets updated andaccessible.Continually input and analyze databases (positioning opportunities,proposal success, contract awards).Research and report on market conditions, customer data, and competitoractivities.Help define and implement marketing plans and editorial calendars, andanalyze campaign success.Assist the Marketing Director with other marketing requests such asdevelopment of collateral, materials for conferences, social media,website updates, and other duties as assigned.QualificationsBA/BS in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, EnglishLit/Writing, Advertising, English, Business Administration, orrelated field reProficient with InDesignIntermediate to advanced Google platform skills (or similar collaborativeenvironment)2+ years crafting competitive proposals and providing marketing services inthe A/E/C industryActive involvement in Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) a plusKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesEstablishes effective working relationships among team members.Participates in solving problems and making decisions.Listens actively to what others are saying to achieve understanding.Independently identifies needs, and arranges for and obtains resourcesnecessary to accomplish goals and objectives.Effectively manages resources such as time, budgets, and informationSupports decisions or recommendations with accurate information or reasoning.Total CompensationThe starting pay range for this position is $25 - $33/hour dependingupon years of experience and education. Pay is negotiable for a higher levelof experience. LRE Water reserves the right to pay more or less than theposted salary range depending on experience.
