Your new career starts here as a Proposal Analyst who is responsible for supporting the proposal process in response to commercial and US Government solicitation requirements. The Proposal Analyst controls and supervises all aspects of the proposal production effort and provides day-to-day proposal process coordination for the entire proposal development team and corporate support resources. The Proposal Analyst reports directly to the head of proposal operations but receives instruction from proposal managers while interacting with the entire proposal team. The Proposal Analyst follows the approved proposal processes, takes part in reviews, provides desktop publishing support, maintains configuration control of sections, and incorporates changes from all amendments and Q&As.

　　Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!

　　• Review the RFP/RFI/RWP and assure clear understanding of all requirements

　　• Review all amendments and Q&As for impact to assigned proposal sections and incorporate changes as necessary

　　• Help prepare the annotated outline for the assigned proposal sections

　　• Maintain version control throughout RFP/RFI/RWP response lifecycle for assigned sections

　　• Maintains proposal file organization and access to ensure proposal documentation security and integrity; maintains electronic file structure and archive, coordinating team member access/permissions; and sets up virtual space for documentation development and all working files

　　• Assist proposal managers with facilitating review cycles

　　• Develop list of questions for submission to the proposal manager

　　• Desktop publishing of all proposal volumes

　　• Final production support

　　What you must have:

　　• 0 years’ experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

　　• All candidates must be a US citizen as we may process the employee for a US Government security clearance.

　　• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant electronic tools

　　• Exceptional communications skills

　　• Ability to multitask on concurrent projects

　　• Able and willing to work extended hours to meet dynamically changing needs and delivery schedules.

　　Preferred Requirements

　　• BS/BA degree

　　• Working knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, or other proposal collaboration software

　　• Experience ensuring compliance with DoD/Federal solicitation requirement

　　Physical Requirements

　　Minimal mobility, dexterity, or coordination required to operate business machines. Minimal lifting may be required.
