The Senior Living Community Nursing Director is responsible for the overall operation of the nursing department to include the implementation, delivery and coordination of resident care services. Position HighlightsEnsure residents' nursing needs are met by the development, maintenance and monitoring of a service plan for each resident. Meets regularly with the supportive services, social services, and/or residents to evaluate other service needs. *Provide overall leadership to the nursing department in compliance with all government regulations and Genesis policies. *Recruit, retain, train, develop and evaluate performance of nursing staff. *Operate/maintain nursing department within budgetary guidelines. *Assist in marketing the senior living community by touring, participating in public relations events, and/or interacting with potential customer referral sources. *Help residents with orientation and adjustment to the senior living community.SHAREDCC1Qualifications:
