Property Manager
Musts:*Be a Graduate for a high school or possess a GED.*Be able to type and be familiar with general office equipment.*Have knowledge of MS Word and Excel.*Possess general office and accounting skills.*Have the ability to get along with other workers, supervisors, tenantsand the general public.*Have a valid Driver's License and the ability to obtain auto liabilityinsurance.*Have the ability to pas CBI background check.*Meet public with tact and courtesy.
Skills: Communication Skills (speaking, reading, writing) ComputerSkills; Customer Service.
Duties:Manages properties located in Otero County*Conducts annual recertifications withing required time frames, whichincludes determining tenant rent.*Maintain accurate and complete applicant/participant files.*Educate participants on program requirements and family obligations.*Maintains current information regarding changes in HUD and RD regulations andforms.*Conducts move-ins, and move outs and all related paperwork involved whereassigned.*Schedules and conducts inspections of housing units occupied by programparticipants.*A complete job description is available at the La Junta Workforce Center.
Pay: $15.50/hr
Benefits: Maybe be discussed with employer.
Shift/Days/Hours: 7:00am to 5:30pm. Monday - Thursday
