Description
Robert Half is assisting a client in the recruiting for a Part-Time Residential Property Manager responsible for the total operation of their assigned tenant-occupied building. The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring that their given property operates efficiently and cost-effectively while ensuring that all regulatory requirements are adhered to in all facets of property management, tenancy, and operations.
This is a part-time permanent placement opportunity averaging 25-30 hours a week, targeting $22-25/hr with paid time off and retirement offering. Only Mon-Fri with with all calls being routed to after hours line on the weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain property occupancy by effectively retaining residents and successfully marketing property to attract new residents.
• Approve lease applicants.
• Administer HUD recertifications, if applicable.
• Provide customer service to residents resolving any issues that may occur and ensuring maintenance completes service requests.
• Contact and negotiate with vendors.
• Obtain bids and manage capital improvement projects.
• Maintain curb appeal by walking/inspecting property and vacant units.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are met.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in property management required
Experience in affordable housing preferred
