Description We are seeking a methodical Property Administrator to become part of our team situated in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will primarily be tasked with the efficient processing of various documents, verification of employment and rent details, and performing income calculations. This is a short term contract employment opportunity that necessitates proficiency in various accounting software systems and CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle a large volume of documents, ensuring all are collected and systematically organized.

• Verify employment details as part of the documentation process.

• Conduct rent verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Carry out income calculations as required for each case.

• Accurately input data and reconcile any discrepancies.

• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM to streamline and manage tasks.

• Oversee ADP - Financial Services as part of your responsibilities.

• Leverage JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for managing tasks.

• Handle various accounting functions as part of the role.

• Perform billing functions ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Requirements • Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems

• Experienced in utilizing ADP - Financial Services

• Skilled in operating CRM tools

• Knowledgeable in the use of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

• Able to manage different Management Systems

• Familiar with a variety of Accounting Functions

• Capable of handling Billing Functions
