Description
We are on the lookout for a diligent, bilingual, part-time Property Administrator to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a Property Administrator, you will primarily be tasked with managing the relocation process for qualifying residents, conducting needs assessments, guiding residents through location selection, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for administering various phases of the relocation process for qualifying residents.
• Oversee the delivery of relocation services and benefits to residents and their families, ensuring high-quality service.
• Provide continuous advice and support to the Development Team and residents, maintaining regular contact throughout the relocation period.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments at the onset of the relocation process to understand and address the resident's specific requirements.
• Guide residents and family members through the location selection process, managing and monitoring the home-finding process closely.
• Review and evaluate exception requests and challenging situations, providing solutions to residents supporting move-based scenarios that arise.
• Ensure accurate and timely documenting of conversations, exceptions, move-related expenses, and correspondence.
• Maintain file documentation and ensure data integrity, adhering to privacy policy standards.
• Perform timely and accurate data entry and manage all opportunities through to completion.
• Provide recommendations to the resident and the Project Manager regarding appropriate courses of action when situations arise that are outside of their authority scope.
Requirements
• Must have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or related field
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
• Proven experience in Data Entry
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Fluent in Spanish Language with ability to provide Spanish Translation services is required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Must have legal rights to work in the location of the job
• Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor
