To support Shell’s ambition, the Project Senior Data Analyst - Mobility will play a key role in supporting data management of Non-Fuels Retail (Shell Select) and Network Sites master data and ensure the integrity of the data and conformance with global data standards and procedures.
The role will also work together with other senior data analysts and data specialist with global stakeholders across the company. Goal is to enable selling of Shell Select products, real-time update on network site data with right first-time mindset.
What's the role?
Principal Accountabilities:
Process requests related to data objects in Non-Fuels Retail (Shell Select) and Network sites in full compliance with defined policies, operating procedures, and work instructions. Ensure that Business Controls are consistently followed.
Responsible in daily monitoring and checking of all pending and new uploaded request in SharePoint and mailbox. Ensure status (WIP/Query/Completed/Cancelled) of every request is updated in SharePoint. Indicate appropriate status in subject of emails requests. As a market focal, allocate request assignments to respective team members and ensure status of request is updated.
Responsible in analyzing the requests and independently respond to queries including complex queries related to request on a timely manner.
Ensure systems access will not expire and has access in the repository of all process documentations like operating procedures, control documents and work instructions. Responsible in updating work instruction as needed. Responsible in training new members base on process, country, or system assignment.
Perform as back-up resource within Mobility team on any CR ERP systems - Red Prairie, CSO, Orbis and Site MDM.
Assist and support in data cleanse project/s and initiatives in support of TQ journey.
Regular interaction with established business partners and stakeholders on routine / non-complex matters. Provide learning session to discuss invalid request with the business partner as/when needed.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in the process. Play support role as a member in improvement projects.
Check weekly KPI and prepare monthly KPI metric and coordinate with TM/Specialist on any potential blocker.
Participate in BCP related activities & provide support to higher level employees in BCP activities
What we need from you
Bachelor's Degree Holder of any business course
Has working experience of at least 1 to 2 years in a large organization is preferable
Hands on experience in ERP or any cap tools, as an end-user
Exposure to Master Data, business controls environment and process improvements is desirable
Demonstrate strength in prioritizing and organizing work tasks for self and other.
Experience in Stakeholder management in a virtual world is preferred
Strong written and spoken English
Good knowledge and experience in MS Office applications like MS Excel, etc
