　　General responsibilities include:

　　Responsibilities will vary depending on the level of experience and may include:

　　Lead by example - strong work ethic, responsible decision making, and conscientious business and environmental ethics.Conduct and/or manage project fieldwork.Complete project reports within assigned timelines.Assist in providing technical direction to staff as necessary.Maintain project files and project deadlines.Monitor project status and budgets.Assist supervisory staff in ensuring field staff has necessary resources to complete work.Provide feedback to supervisory staff on performance.Represent and promote V3 by attending conferences, workshops, etc.Foster a diverse skill set within the staff to expand available services.Qualifications:

　　Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in wildlife management, biology, ecology or related field.Demonstrated experience in conducting wetland delineations in accordance with the USACE 1987 Wetland Delineation Manual and regional supplementsDemonstrated experience in conducting qualitative habitat evaluations for wetlands and streamsA minimum of 3 years field experience conducting wetland delineations, Section 401/404 permitting, and regulatory agency coordinationGood communication skillsProject and personnel management experienceMaintain valid Indiana driver's license.Experience in the following software:
