Description:
A large installer of commercial fence focused in SE Michigan is seeking a Project Scheduler to organize, implement, and maintain scheduling for all projects and their installation crews. • Create Internal schedule based upon labor, material lead time and subcontractor availability. • Further duties include monitoring project timelines, evaluating performance, preparing project progress reports, and keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines General Tasks: • Scheduling jobs through customer schedule & crew Cost • Job Cost Reports • Tool and equipment scheduled to crews • Scheduling of in house semi truck deliveries • Verify materials are available for project • Enforce Company Policies • Daily Field Reports reviewed by crew • As-Built for projects upon completion of the work • Manage Crew Overtime • Layoff Crew Members • Hire Crew Members • Stolen Tool Reports • Concrete Deliveries • Billing on all projects • Foreman Meetings • Answer Foremen Requests • Hire & Manage Sub-Contractors • Weather Days Forecast and Planned • Approve Job Site Time Tickets • Stolen Tool Reports Filed • Attend Production Meetings
