Position: Project Planner/Scheduler

　　PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions with offices in Ireland, the US and Puerto Rico, and serving the Life Sciences, F&B and Utilities industries, requires a Project Planner/Scheduler for a new project at a life science client site in Munster.

　　The role is a contract for 6+ months.

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible for planning, scheduling and reporting using Primavera P6.

　　Partner with team to create and integrate P6 Schedule for project activities.

　　Prepare and issue monthly reports showing progress against schedule.

　　Work with project stakeholders ensuring integration and handshakes are accurate and timeframes are met or escalation where not.

　　Be an integral part of team involving DCS, Data Historian, MES, IT and BMS professionals whom require schedule support.

　　Role Requirements

　　Ability to create manloaders showing resource needs and constraints across multiple functions in particular across documentation approval and execution timelines.

　　BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree.

　　Training completed in Primavera with relevant experience.

　　Proven record of proficiencies associated with business analysis on small sized projects.

　　Excellent understanding of cGMPs, SDLC methodologies and LEAN/MPS/ Sigma principles.

　　Excellent facilitation, problem solving, and decision making skills.

　　Demonstrated ability to analyse and define business problems, develop business cases and identify appropriate process and technological solutions is essential.

　　Candidates must have a Valid EU Work Permit and Irish or EU Residency

　　Experience in the commissioning scheduling at GMP manufacturing site
