　　Responsibilities

　　Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

　　Verifies project with exact ticket workflows and boards

　　Programs and administers the sprint planning and grooming meetings and routes ticket assignments

　　Commands project planning

　　Sets out the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

　　Advances to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests

　　Coordinates schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

　　Associates with Product Owner/Product Manager to make sure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are unmistakable and attainable

　　Engages and communicates with designers, technical team members, developers, and stakeholders

　　Arranges the daily stand-ups, assuring they are focused, timely, and brief

　　Brings together figures from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into recommendations

　　Get involved to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

　　In charge of deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Shall cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst

　　Guarantee that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked

　　Interacts with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

　　Manage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

　　Be instrumental in managing dependencies among cross-product teams

　　Grants detailed reporting to management on project status, milestone completion, and risk assessments

　　Functions as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies Requirements

　　Technical skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application

　　-Oracle

　　Knowledge of Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

　　Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

　　Skilled in leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

　　5+ years of project management experience

　　Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

　　Experience managing complex technology and cross-functional projects

　　Skilled in utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
