Specific functionality focused on mobility, situational awareness, reconnaissance, human-machine integration, and operational mission planning & execution.Work closely with cross functional members of the engineering organization to develop and evaluate system interfaces, operational performance requirements, and design of the overall system.Develop functional and behavioral models to capture requirements and enable full system traceability using Model Bases System Engineering (MBSE) tools.Gain an understanding of feature/systems requirements and the ability to translate the requirements into validation test procedures and use cases.Develop documentation and review to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with contract requirements. Specifically, checkpoint and design milestone artifacts and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).Participate in internal and customer demonstrations.Participate in peer reviews, identify, track and assess solutions to defects.Participate in design and integration troubleshooting/Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and problem report/test incident resolution for production, development, test, or modification projects.Supporting and/or conduct trade studies/structured decisions for autonomous systems.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor or Masters degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years related engineering experience; 1-3 years' Robotics experience preferred.Ability to perform general hands-on troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.Strong software development skills - C, C++, Python.
