Description We need you if you are an experienced Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant. You could work onsite as a Senior Project Manager in the Columbus, Ohio area by joining our local client's existing team. You will be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. You'll be a top candidate if you can manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. Your responsibilities
Associates with Product Owner/Product Manager to make sure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are unmistakable and attainable
Help the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Lists out and supervises the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments
Contributes to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Colludes and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers
Attends as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies
Monitors and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Shall cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst
Verifies the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Creates project with correct ticket workflows and boards
Heads project planning
Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status
Combines info from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into ideas
Work together to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager
Supervises deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner
Develops schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
Contributes to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests
Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable
Coordinates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are focused, timely, and brief
Co-operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects Requirements - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership
Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is strongly preferred.Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines

This position requires a Project Management (PMP) certification
Candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs will be the best fit for this position
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
