　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Your Role and Responsibilities :

　　The Project Manager Cloud Solutions has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing project resources, including subcontractors, and establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. They provide day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Manage project financials including forecast updates, submission and invoicing

　　Review project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes or additions, as appropriate;

　　Measure and evaluate progress against IBM project plans

　　Establish documentation and procedural standards for deliverable Materials;

　　Maintain project communications through the Client Project Manager;

　　Conduct regular status meetings with the Client Project Manager;

　　Create and deliver status reports;

　　Resolve deviations in the SOW in conjunction with Client Service Delivery Manager;

　　Proficiency in leading complex and comprehensive project plan development and can understand risks associated with the project.

　　Manage, organize and assure Quality compliance

　　Manage project team, with Agile methodology, to achieve project goal, through a continuous improvement process

　　Manage projects including Application Development and Application Management Services.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　At least 5 years of working experience on Project Manager role .

　　At list one of the following professional PM certification: PMI/Prince/ITIL v4/Ifpug / Scrum Agile.

　　Solid experience on Public clients/projects, with particular reference to Welfar customers, at least for 3 years in the recent period.

　　Deep knowledge of Italian Public sector Industry and regulations and knowldge of "regolamentazione sugli Appalti pubblici"EA
