　　Bachelors degree in construction, design, architecture, or CAD-based field preferred.Proficient in Auto CAD, Cabinet Vision, Microsoft Office tools, and some knowledge of applicable project management software.Knowledge of Division 6 architectural woodwork, mill-work, or casework scope preferred.Knowledge of AWI (Architectural Woodwork Institute) Standards preferred.3 years as a Draftsperson and/or 2 years in construction-related CAD field.Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, interior drawings, specification manuals and architectural drawings.[Responsibilities:]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}

　　Utilize Auto CAD 2D/3D and/or Cabinet Vision to create, view, update, maintain, edit and print shop drawings.Lead assigned projects to completion based on project size and complexity.Provide detailed reviews and quality control of shop drawings through all phases: initial submittals, red lines, redline revisions, design changes, field measurement, updates, and final set.Review architectural construction prints, spec manuals, and finishing schedules.Review returned redline drawings for scope changes.Analyze and coordinate field measurements to update shop drawings.Update shop drawings per redline revisions, field measurements and other project changes (ASIs, addendums, RFIs, etc.)Monitor project related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the construction of projects.[[]{times="" new="" r=""}]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}
