PRIMARY FUNCTION Managethe scope, schedule and budget for large, strategic or complex clientprojects. Successfully lead and manage direct reports, operations team,and project teams including managing budgets and resources. Negotiatewith and act as main point of contact with third party labor and productproviders. Drive revenue by pursuing opportunities to sell services withexisting clients. Communicate project status, issues, and other relevantinformation to internal and external stakeholders including RegionalLeadership and Senior Management. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with Identifying hiring needs with the Project Management Teamand assist with hiring process. Lead, coach, and develop team members.Act as a mentor and assist and oversee in training PMs, PC\'s, and FieldMembers. Recognize and motivate team members. Conduct regular statusesand performance reviews with direct reports and when necessary, assistwith coaching your direct reports through the corrective action process.Create measurements, goals and objectives for the Operations team andProject Management Team. Monitor progress and results utilizing riskreporting tools. Present project team progress to Services ManagementTeam. Work with the Operations Manager to supervise and distribute theworkload of the PM Team. Assist with developing new processes andprocedures within Operations and PM Team, leading to efficiencies, costeffectiveness, and alignment across locations. Participate in qualityimprovement initiatives. Working to integrate quality improvementconcepts into the day-to-day business of the Operations and PM Team toimprove processes and procedures for increased efficiencies, costeffectiveness, and increased client service levels.
